Request account deletion

Email admin@relden.co with the subject “Relden account deletion request.” Contact us from your account email where possible. Include the account email and organization name needed to identify the account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive customer documents.

You can also reach this page from Relden Billing → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is currently handled by request; this page does not immediately delete your account.

What happens to your data

Relden reviews the request and may verify your identity before removing account information and associated personal data covered by the request. An organization administrator may need to authorize deletion of organization records. Deleting an individual account does not automatically delete shared customer records, estimates, invoices, or agreements belonging to an organization or other users.

Relden will explain the scope of deletion and any retained information as part of handling the request.

Information that may remain

As described in our Privacy Policy, some information may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, billing records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the rights of other users. Backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation completes.

Relden has not adopted a single fixed deletion period for every category of account, workspace, security, and billing information. We do not promise immediate deletion or a universal retention period. Contact us to discuss the information covered by your request.

Google sign-in

Revoking Relden’s access through Google Account settings prevents new Google authorization. It does not itself delete your Relden account. Use the request above for account deletion.
