Thanks for calling Summit Heating and Air. How can I help you today?

The code authorizes one controlled session. It is not saved by this page.

Enter an operator-issued demo code to begin a private five-minute session.

Your editable greeting remains a text preview and is never sent as an AI system prompt. The live demo uses a fixed server-controlled safety prompt.

Browser sessions require an invite code and end within five minutes.

This Lab does not save settings, place calls, or connect to Telnyx.

An AI receptionist, planned for contractors

A service call rarely ends at hello.

A caller may need a repair, a maintenance visit, a replacement estimate, or an update on existing work. Voice is being planned around those different conversations and the rules of the contractor receiving them.

Understand the request

The proposed intake would establish the reason for the call, service location, contact details, and what the caller needs next.

Respect the business rules

Service areas, hours, supported work, and escalation policies would need to come from the contractor. These workflows are not live yet.

Give the office context

A useful handoff should make the request understandable to the team. Customer linkage, summaries, and follow-up are planned capabilities.

Proposed workflow · Not currently available

From a call to a request the team can act on.

  1. Resolve the business

A future incoming call would first need to reach the correct organization, with its own information and rules.

  2. Establish the caller and location

Recognition of existing customers and connection to service locations are planned integration goals, not current Voice features.

  3. Capture the request

The intended conversation would gather the problem, urgency, and requested next step without making unsupported service promises.

  4. Coordinate the follow-up

Scheduling, human transfer, SMS, and a record in Relden history are roadmap topics. Their launch scope has not been confirmed.

Questions,
answered.

What can I try in the Voice Lab?

Choose an example trade, receptionist profile, and speaking style, then enter an operator-issued demo code for a live browser conversation. The editable greeting remains a text-only preview and never becomes the AI system prompt.

Can I activate Relden Voice now?

No. The controlled browser Lab does not activate phone answering, Telnyx, billing, or a production receptionist. Product launch timing has not been announced.

Will it recognize my customers and book appointments?

Those are planned integration goals. They require verified organization and customer context, scheduling availability, and tested business rules before they can be offered.

Is there a free trial or published price?

No Voice pricing or trial terms have been announced. There is no trial or subscription available for purchase on this site.
