Daytime overflow
The proposed workflow considers calls that arrive while the office is helping someone else. Concurrent call capacity has not been announced.
Relden Voice
24/7 call handling is a goal for Relden Voice. The product is planned; no continuous coverage, uptime commitment, or service availability is offered today.
Planned coverage direction
The proposed workflow considers calls that arrive while the office is helping someone else. Concurrent call capacity has not been announced.
A future intake would need to know when routine follow-up resumes and which requests qualify for an approved escalation path.
Regular hours are not the whole schedule. Business-specific closures and coverage exceptions are part of the information a reliable workflow would need.
Continuous answering requires more than a phone number. A launched service needs tested behavior for provider interruptions, unavailable staff, incomplete calls, and requests it cannot resolve.
Those reliability and operational details are still part of the Voice product work. We have not announced service levels, simultaneous-call limits, supported regions, or monthly usage terms.
