Forwarding direction

Different office setups need different call paths.

When would a call reach Voice?

A contractor might want help only when the office is closed, after an unanswered call, or during busy periods. Those are different routing requirements, and the planned product needs to make the intended behavior explicit.

Forwarding all calls and forwarding only some calls are use cases under consideration. Neither is currently offered or certified for any carrier.

What happens after the call?

Routing a call into a receptionist does not settle how the office receives the request or what happens if a transfer fails. The future setup would need a tested handoff and a way to return to normal business call handling.

Number provisioning, keeping an existing number, porting, and caller-ID behavior have not been announced as supported features.

Is my phone provider supported?

No carrier compatibility has been announced. A future launch will need verified setup and fallback instructions for supported configurations.

Will I have to replace my business number?

Number options are not finalized. This page does not promise forwarding, number porting, or keeping an existing number with Relden Voice.
