Relden Voice

After-hours calls need a clear next step.

Relden Voice is planned to support contractor call handling outside office hours. The direction is a useful intake and handoff that respects the business’s actual coverage.

Proposed after-hours workflow

Set the rules before the phone rings.

  1. Define the coverage

Specify the business’s office hours, after-hours policy, and supported work. A future receptionist must not infer that an on-call technician is available.

  2. Capture the request

The planned intake would gather the reported issue, service location, contact details, and requested urgency for the team.

  3. Follow the escalation policy

A future urgent-call path would need explicit human contact rules and a fallback if the first person cannot be reached.

  4. Leave a useful handoff

The proposed record would help the office understand what was requested and what remains to be done. Summaries and Relden linkage are planned.

Questions,
answered.

Can I forward my evening calls to Relden now?

No. Relden Voice is not available for activation, and no forwarding destination or carrier setup is provided.

Will it transfer urgent calls to my on-call team?

Human transfer is a planned capability. It needs tested contact rules, fallback behavior, and contractor configuration before it can be offered.
