Relden Voice

HVAC calls need more than a name and number.

No heat, no cooling, maintenance, and replacement inquiries each need a different next step. Those distinctions shape the planned HVAC answering workflow for Relden Voice.

Planned HVAC call handling

Understand why the customer is calling.

No heat or no cooling

The proposed intake would capture the reported problem, service location, and callback information, with urgency handled under the contractor’s rules.

Maintenance requests

A tune-up inquiry needs different handling from a breakdown. The intended workflow would distinguish routine service from a request for urgent help.

Replacement inquiries

A caller exploring replacement may need an estimate conversation. The planned handoff would record that intent without promising equipment suitability or a price.

The office handoff

Record the problem without promising a diagnosis.

“The upstairs is warm” and “the system won’t start” are useful descriptions of what the caller is experiencing. A receptionist should preserve that context for the team, not turn an incomplete phone description into a technical conclusion.

After-hours escalation and appointment scheduling are part of the Voice planning direction. The contractor’s coverage, service area, and actual availability would need to govern any next step.

Questions,
answered.

Will Voice promise emergency HVAC service?

No coverage promise is available today. Future urgent-call handling would need to follow the contractor’s explicit service and escalation policies.

Can I hear or choose a receptionist voice?

The Voice Lab on the main Voice page lets you explore proposed receptionist profiles, speaking styles, and a business greeting. Audio samples are not available yet, and these choices are not connected to a live receptionist.
