Contractor Billing
Choose a customer, optional location and project, add line items, apply discounts and tax, then issue a durable estimate number with status history.
Keep one option by default or present two or three clear choices when the customer needs alternatives. It works across contractor trades, without HVAC-only language.
Convert an accepted estimate into an invoice while preserving its customer, project, line items, tax, discount, and source relationship.
Reuse services, products, labor, and materials, or add a custom line item with its own price and taxable setting.
Billing uses the same Relden customers, locations, and projects—not a separate billing address book—so estimates and invoices stay with the customer.
Relden Billing focuses on scoping work, presenting choices, and getting from estimate to invoice. It is not generic accounting software squeezed into a field workflow.
