Relden Voice

Home service calls need local context.

Relden Voice is planned for the calls contractor offices handle every day: service requests, estimate inquiries, existing-customer questions, and work that falls outside the service area.

Planned home services intake

Establish the request before promising the next step.

What work is needed?

Repair, maintenance, replacement, and new installation may follow different office processes. The proposed intake would distinguish the caller’s request.

Where is the work?

A service address and the business’s service area matter before discussing a visit. Customer and location linkage are planned integrations.

Who needs to follow up?

The intended handoff would give the right team enough context to respond. Scheduling, transfers, and SMS are not currently available.

One caller can have more than one location

A homeowner, property manager, or returning customer may be calling about a different property. A useful intake process should confirm the relevant address instead of assuming that a recognized number settles the question.

Voice is planned to connect to Relden’s customer and location context. That product integration has not launched, and no existing-customer recognition is available through these pages.
