Planned landscape intake

Find out whether this is a visit, a route, or a project.

New project estimates

A patio, planting installation, or landscape lighting inquiry needs scope and location context before the office can decide the next step.

Recurring maintenance

An existing customer asking about a visit may need a different handoff from a new mowing inquiry. Customer recognition is a planned integration.

Service-area questions

The property location and requested work help determine whether the inquiry fits the business. The planned workflow would use contractor-defined information.

Spring demand should not create accidental promises

A caller’s preferred start date is useful information, but it is not an installation commitment. The proposed intake would record timing requests and leave capacity decisions with the business’s actual scheduling process.

Likewise, a maintenance route and an estimate visit may use different calendars or office rules. Appointment booking, routing, and SMS follow-up are not available in Relden Voice today.
